All our candles are made with a natural wax blend of Coconut oil and Rapeseed oil. It is free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives, giving you a clean burning product for your home and family.

Due to the nature of using natural ingredients, you may see hairline cracks, uneven tops and maybe the odd little hole or dip in your candle - perfectly natural, perfectly imperfect!
Whilst we strive to make sure you receive your products in the perfect condition they leave us, we understand that damages and issues can occur in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, along with proof of purchase. We will assess the issue and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If you wish to send us photos before returning the items, then please do so.

If you are looking to exchange the products you have received, you will need to return the items in the same condition that you received them, along with proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, you may then make a seperate purchase for your new item(s).
